The Rider Development team was established as an entry level for all Struggle team riders. Every company in the skateboard industry has flow riders,
and every one of those flow riders always goes unnoticed and unmentioned. Its almost like they are not even a part of the team at all. With Struggle
Skateboards every one of our riders gets recognition. They are all a part of our team. Our Rider Development team is higher and more important than
any other skateboard Flow team in the industry. Our RDT team is the future of Struggle Skateboards. They are the next generation who with time and
dedication will develop into even more amazing skateboarders. The Class level defines the rank of the skateboarder and how committed they have been
to the company and how much they have accomplished since their initial entry to the team.
